Job Role : SOX Compliance functionary in a leading Private Sector Bank

Location : Mumbai

Designation : Deputy Manager/ Manager

Experience : Qualified CA with 1 to 3 years in the area of SOX Compliance / Finance

Key Deliverables :

- Understand observations/issues reported by various groups

- Provide Compliance training to various business groups

- Conduct issue tracking/ monitoring

- Preparations for Audit Committee reporting by SOX Compliance group

Key Skills :

- Knowledge on accounting standards, guidelines preferable

- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

- MS office operations( PPT, Spreadsheets etc)
