8. Must be able to train and mentor a team.

Diploma in courses on Supply Chain
Management from a reputed university.
Experience ( Minimum)
( 6 years) BPO experience in Procurement-
Experience( Maximum) ( 18 years)
Job Description
1. Driving the team to meet KRAs and targets set by the client.
2. Responsible for ensuring the team follows Standard Operating Procedure.
3. Motivating team leads to design and implement process improvement measures.
4. Client co-ordination
5. Training and mentoring team leads as well as buyers in the team.
Security Roles & Responsibilities
1. Focus on stabilizing the process and meeting the customer expectation while optimizing the cost.
2. Should work towards value add service to customer/s
Any Other Remarks
The Deputy Manager is also responsible for following up and ensuring collection of process revenue.
