Deputy Manager/Manager - Social Media - Bank

We have a mandate for the position of a Manager / Deputy Manager in the Social Media team of a large Bank in Mumbai.

People with 1-3 years of relevant experience post MBA would be preferred

Job Details:

Handling Facebook and Special Digital Projects

- Manage communication planning and execution of the Bank's Facebook page

- Monitor content performance and plan course correction

- Online Reputation management on Facebook

- Competition tracking and consumer insights

- Assist and execute large social/digital campaigns for the Bank's products / services

- Competition tracking - Track domestic and global competitors across banking and other industries

- Quarterly newsletter - Social Media Best Practices to be shared with the organization

Salary budget - 7-12 lacs
