Deputy Manager/Manager - Service Sales - Electricals

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)

1. Achieve recurring services revenue through AMC, RMC, PQS, EMS and other services

2. Achieve spare sale revenue of LV+IA+MV

3. Tracking of assets at various installations & generating revenue for spares & recurring services

4. To conduct service promotion activities (Seminars/IPT) at end users locations

5. Improving customer satisfaction (NSS) for recurring service

Functional:

1. Basics of Electricals and Electronics, knowledge of switchgear & automation products.

2. Sales oriented

Educational Qualification

Diploma (Engineering )/B.E - Electrical / Electrical & Electronics
