Responsibilities:

- Source proposals for industrial equipment, equipment financing, machinery equipment, laser cutting machinery, etc. , through various channels such as existing customers, cold calling, client visits, and seminar/trade fair visits to meet predefined targets.

- Gain an in-depth understanding of customers' revenue workflow, financial statements, creditworthiness, and sustainability to tailor loan proposals accordingly.

- Execute marketing activities within assigned regions to promote products effectively.

- Provide seamless customer service throughout the sales and financing process.

- Analyze customer profiles and recommend suitable loan proposals.

- Monitor client relations and payment schedules to ensure timely payments and customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated with market trends and competitor information to inform decision-making and strategy.

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders through excellent client servicing.

- Monitor portfolio performance within assigned regions and take proactive measures to address any issues.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling other products to existing clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in industrial equipment sales and financing, preferably in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and risk assessment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.

- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis techniques.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for sales and financial analysis.

Willingness to travel and attend seminars/trade fairs as required.

Professional demeanor and customer-oriented approach.
