Recruitment :
- Lead sourcing, screening, shortlisting, selecting, offering, on boarding of all approved positions up to CF3 level & support all MG3 and above executives hiring too
Employee Engagement & Connect :
- Lead and anchor all engagement initiatives, action planning, leadership connect and communication initiatives - both corporate and branch specific with quarterly reviews
Performance Appraisal System / Policy Deployment :
- Lead and deploy policy and end to end process for the Branch that stems from Company Objectives, Balanced Scorecard, X matrix with quarterly review & counseling
OD / Change Initiatives :
- Lead & drive organizational wide changes initiatives such as Innovation, Maximiser, Total Quality Management (TQM) that improve organization effective / operational excellence
Employee Life Cycle Management :
- Leading all employee transactions - joining, induction, training, confirmations, transfer actions, separations etc. including process attendance & documentation up to the employee / customer satisfaction within SLAs
HR metrics & Analysis :
- Collecting HR metrics data of the branch for SBU MIS reporting, drive HR & Business Scorecards / Policy Deployment at the branch level SPOC, presenting that to the HR Ops head / HR Head for necessary review, actions
Process Coordination :
- Leading HR processes like Performance Appraisal System (PAS) and other HR Processes as per the process timeline & deploying them fully
MIS, data & documentation :
- Generating, presenting HR MIS for the SBU / employees in reliable manner / quality data and ensuring documentation of the same
HR Service :
- Lead HR Service Help Desk for employees in Region within agreed SLAs
Statutory Compliance :
- 100% compliance under all applicable labor laws for both on rolls & off rolls as well, Internal audit points, Managing & SPOC for Off roll staff
