Position Title: Deputy Manager / Manager - Rewards & Benefits

Location: Mumbai

Role Purpose:

- The incumbent will be expected to manage and hence be the expert on Reward Delivery & Systems, Wellness and Benefit programs, Group Policy Compliances, and in managing international talent mobility and Comp & Benefits i.e. be the International Mobility (IM) champion

- The incumbent in his/her capacity as a CoE should be able to drive & deliver Benefit & Wellness Programs for the organization. He/She should be able to build an - Employer of Choice- impact by implementing signature Benefits, Insurance & Wellness programs and create a positive employer branding and a reputation of trust.

- Should be able to bring in the zest of Speed, Simplicity & Trust while managing International C&B & delivering employee experience and Group compliances & policy deployment

- The incumbent is expected to have Good understanding of compensation management, should be operationally sound and be able to integrate the compensation philosophy with Rewards Systems to simplify, standardize and automate HR processes, build Line Manager capability and improvise employee online experience

KRA's:

- Analyse key trends in Benefits & Wellness/Insurance programs and ensure that our programs stand out as key differentiator for the organization, in the Employee's and Market perspective.

- Ensure smooth implementation of Rewards Systems and other online tools to facilitate Line Manager capability and standardize processes through automation.

- Build and maintain processes to manage Talent Mobility and related reward policies. Understand challenges at policy level and taxation / financial impact, given the India complexities. Worked on initiatives for expat population.

- Ensure regular communication on compliance with Group Policies like Speak-Up, CoC, Duty to report, etc.
