Deliverables :

- Drive technology related Projects on Retail products (Business Requirement document preparation, User acceptance testing, system Implementation)

- Increase sales through new channels (Online and Offline)

- Interact closely with branch banking team to leverage the branch network

- Review Retail Website on a regular basis

- Monitoring and Management of FX rates vis-a-vis Competition

- Handle customer request and complaints regards forex rates and processes

Requirements :

- MBA from reputed institute with 1- 4 years experience

- Good Analytical Skills

- Proficiency in excel

- Good Communication and collaboration skills

- Knowledge and understanding of the treasury products and global markets

- Knowledge of latest RBI regulations
