Deputy Manager/Manager Recruitment- Real Estate
- A Chennai based Real Estate company is looking for a Deputy Manager/Manager Recruitment to work from Chennai Corporate office.
- Must Have It Recruitment Experience, preferably in Real Estate/Infrastructure other segments can also be considered.
- Should Be Able To Join At Short Notice 15/30 Day's Maximum
- Should Be Willing To Relocate To Chennai
- The candidate would be responsible for end to end of recruitment till fitment and Onboarding nd must have full life cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Must be able to deliver on Quick TAT and work to achieve high number game.
- Must have worked in high pressure recruitment and fulfillment environment
- Must have minimum 8- 10 Years of experience
- Strong Social Media recruitment, Networking, Research, headhunting, Vendor management closure and must have worked on portals extensively and also must have experience in mass freshers hiring.
- The requirement is 70% recruitment and 30% Generalist HR role, reporting to Senior Manager HR.
- Should be a MBA specialization HR
- Additional Certification on Thomas Profiling and Assessment tools and
- Rewards would be an added advantage
- Must have strong Communication Skills and internal client influencing ability for quick closures
- Must plan strategies and plans in hiring which includes employer branding
- Should have worked on Recruitment HRIS tools
- A critical thinker and problem solving skills. Must should the company's success through driving recruitment and billing/revenue
