Deputy Manager/Manager - Recruitment - BFSI

Hiring for Deputy Manager-Recruitments for the Banking & Finance Domains for Lateral as well as Volume Hiring.

- Must have experience in Campus also as this position is open with our client in BFSI.

- Good Exposure in hiring for operations roles.

- MBA full time is a mandate.

Timings : 9 AM-5.30 PM( Need to stretch need based)

- People with experience in Consultancies with good BFSI hiring and Managerial level can also apply.

- Support the organization's Diversity initiatives

- Recruit new staff for specific functions, service areas based on approved plans and staffing projections

- Collaborate with practice leadership to assess needs, develop strategy, and implement work plans to meet the needs of various practice areas

- Communicate progress to business - coordinate ad hoc reporting regarding recruiting progress

- Manage sources used to generate pipeline with little supervision

- Source candidates through various mechanisms (direct, referrals, research, relationships, in-house sourcing team, etc.)

- Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting sources
