Deputy Manager/Manager - Real Estate Lending

The Real Estate Lending Business segment provides lending to Real Estate companies helping them build their projects with initial funding, land funding, mezzanine financing, acquisition financing etc.

Job Title: Manager - Real Estate Investment Lending

Location : Mumbai (only mumbai based condidate apply)

Job Description :

- Credit appraisal for real estate lending proposals both residential & commercial real estate loans

- Prepare Credit notes & Financial Modelling for real estate funding

- Lending risk assessment of various real estate developers proposals put forward by business team for fiancing.

- Underwriting of Real estate funding / Construction Finance deals

Desired Candidate Profile :

- MUST have minimum 2 years of experience in credit appraisal for real estate lending / construction finance deals

- Exposure on Real Estate financing is a must
