- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's degree in marketing or business administration is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the retail or shopping mall industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
External coordination:
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies, advertising firms, media partners, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Interface with mall tenants, sponsors, community organizations, and stakeholders to coordinate joint marketing efforts, promotions, and events.
Job role - The Manager / Dy Manager - Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive foot traffic, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement within the shopping mall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and initiatives to achieve business objectives, including increasing foot traffic, driving sales, and enhancing brand visibility.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and target demographics for marketing efforts.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to attract customers, generate leads, and drive traffic to the shopping mall.
- Oversee creating and producing marketing materials, advertisements, signage, and promotional collateral to support campaign objectives.
- Manage the shopping mall's digital marketing channels, including website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and mobile apps, to engage customers and drive online engagement.
- Develop and implement content strategies, posting schedules, and advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Manage and enhance the shopping mall's brand identity, positioning, and messaging to differentiate it from competitors and resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and touchpoints, maintaining brand integrity and equity.
- Plan and coordinate events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives within the shopping mall, including product launches, holiday celebrations, and community events.
- Manage relationships with event sponsors, partners, and vendors, negotiating agreements, deliverables, and sponsorship benefits to maximize ROI and brand exposure.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Utilize data insights to optimize marketing strategies, allocate resources, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
