Job Description:

i. Handled both criminal and civil matters in Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Delhi District Courts, Competition Commission of India, Competition Appellate Tribunal and Consumer Forums.

ii. On the Criminal side, successfully handled cases on Property Disputes, Defamation, Dishonor of Cheques, financial fraud, Prevention of Corruption Act and those relating to bodily injury.

iii. Civil practice primarily involved commercial matters; pursued cases pertaining to Winding Up, Writ Petitions, Suits & Suits for specific performance, arbitration, contractual disputes and Intellectual Property Rights. Have also handled matters relating to divorce, maintenance, consumer disputes and those regarding property and title including Intellectual Property Infringement Suits.

Skills Required:

- Strong Understanding of laws.

- Good drafting skills.

- Handled the Litigation Portfolio with limited intervention.

- Manage all internal Legal requirements.

- Proactive in ensuring all legal aspects are taken into consideration or any case/contracts/documents.
