- Pivotal role focused on planning & execution of Learning & Development initiatives encompassing renowned Mall Pan India & the Head Office, Mumbai.
- Provide support to Businesses in rolling out various employee development initiatives.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), meticulously crafting the annual training calendar, seamless execution across the portfolio, and successfully attaining targeted learning hours for the year.
- Management of a Learning Management System (LMS) & LinkedIn Learning Platform catering to a workforce of over 600 employees.
- Content development for communications before launching training programs to ensure maximum participation, using tools like Canva.
- Maintaining training in Management Information Systems (MIS) and curating impactful presentations/dashboards for executive management.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Planning & conducting the training of over 3000+ outsourced and contractual staff.
- Creating Training Modules for Management Trainees & Junior Management.
- Responsible for vendor management, contracts and managing payments.
- Keep track of the Budget and prepare reports of expenses.
