Opening for L&D - Deputy Manager/Manager for Reputed Company - Gurgaon
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs for Corporate, Manufacturing units & regional team.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs through TNA.
- Implement various learning methods through utilizing adult learning principles and knowledge of various L&D tools & technologies.
- Design content and deliver both offline and online training programs.
- Assess the success of the programs through various measurement tools to understand Return on Investment.
- Train the trainers (TTT).
- Customized content creation for Learning interventions for various levels and functions
- Coordinate with various Stakeholders. LMS management experience is preferred.
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods. Familiarity with Online / Offline learning platforms and practices
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)/ Success factor.
- Familiarity with L&D tools like Articulate 360, Canva, K-Point etc.
