Roles and Responsibilities;

- To manage compliance related activities of the Company- regulated by IRDAI.

- Compliance related policies of Company and contribute in building automation and efficacy in implementing best regulatory practices into policies.

- To manage filing of reports/returns as applicable.

- Conduct periodic assessment of the compliance risk and to develop a risk oriented activity plan for compliance assessment.

- Conduct / manage periodically test compliance and prepare for various audits and inspection reports as per regulatory requirements.
