Deputy Manager/Manager - Internal Communications
Responsibilities:
- Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with company objectives and senior management
- Ensure that organizational goals, initiatives, success stories, and business updates are successfully communicated to associates via appropriate media
- Foster collaboration, associate engagement, and interactions between senior management and associates
- Enable channels and forums to bring out the voice of the associate
- Enhance internal communications strategy based on associate interactions and feedback
- Support business transformation initiatives with relevant and timely communication on the same
- Amplify significant achievements to a larger audience
- Provide consultation on the most appropriate and effective communication media for regular communication topics
- Plan, write or edit content for a variety of internal communications media including communications mailbox, Connect communities, videos, periodic newsletters, etc.
- Assist in the organization and execution of periodic Town Hall sessions as a forum for leadership updates and interactions with associates.
