One of our leading client, a presitigious Business house, is looking for a Dy. Manager/Manager HR. The brief JD is given below:
Responsibility
- Handling the disciplinary cases
- Unauthorized absenteeism
- Adhering to labour regulations/ principles of natural justice/ SOP while dealing with issues.
- Handing the cases of sexual harassment
- Drafting of disciplinary letters, viz., show cause, warning, suspension, termination, etc.
- Preparing and maintaining the MIS disciplinary cases.
- Ensuring the document storage in DAT Management System (DMS).
- Timely submission of disciplinary cases details to FMR team.
- Providing advisory support to regional/ zonal teams, whenever required.
- Ensuring timely dispatch of disciplinary cases disciplinary letters to regional/ zonal teams.
- Drafting and replying to advocates filled case against company
- Coordination with external vendors for process management.
- Preparing the MOM for ICC meeting and getting the recommendations from ICC members and NGO members.
- Drafting of legal letters, viz., show cause notice, ICC meeting schedule, etc.
- Filing the annual return to the appropriate authority mentioned under the act.
- Preparing and maintaining the MIS
