2. Assess employee training need to define and monitor employee training and development programs and recommend approaches like on job, mentorship, internal/external training. Deliver training program if necessary.
3. Assess the employee skill profiles to prepare proposals on succession planning. Also monitor, co-ordinate and review the process to improve the human asset of the company (junior and middle management).
