1. Evaluate/ interview internal/external candidates for junior and middle management levels to fill vacancies with the best possible talent.

2. Assess employee training need to define and monitor employee training and development programs and recommend approaches like on job, mentorship, internal/external training. Deliver training program if necessary.

3. Assess the employee skill profiles to prepare proposals on succession planning. Also monitor, co-ordinate and review the process to improve the human asset of the company (junior and middle management).
