The role requires you to :
- Be employee engagement champion and work towards creating and sustaining a highly engaged workforce
- Identify people as well as business challenges that are possible obstacles to organizational outcomes and propose/create interventions that can bring in desired synergies
- Work on creating an employer brand that helps attract, inspire and retain talent
- Suggest and implement process improvements & re-engineering of existing Org Processes that help people productivity
- Be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing and evaluating the Performance Management System
- Drive goal setting process in alignment with business objectives
- Be responsible for several performance metrics, reporting and analytics
- Be responsible for end to end management of the Reward & Recognition programs
- Create frameworks, processes and policies for all HR processes
- Not be limited to the horizons of a job description and work towards building a great workplace
