Job Synopsis below

- Ensuring 100% compliance in all the Branches

- Complying with the statutory provisions of employment laws

- Ensuring completion of compliance activities in the compliance module.

- Adhering to the labour legislation

- Drafting of various disciplinary and compliance related letters.

- Resolving Compliance queries within stipulated timeline

- Coordination with the compliance module users

- Handling various Internal and external Audits wrt Compliance

- Reporting Monthly compliance on time to Senior Management
