- Managing end to end recruitment process that includes creating strategies for sourcing, screening & evaluating candidates
- Effectively source suitable candidates from various sources.
- Leveraging Cost-Effective Sourcing platforms including Employee
- Referrals, Networking, Social Media Platforms
- Building and utilizing candidate pool for current and future positions
- Managing the overall recruitment process for the business with robust reporting to ensure that the recruitment processes adhere to quality guidelines.
- Driving Employee Engagement & Retention across the region and recommending process/policy improvements to HR/Business
- Leadership in order to enable the organization to create an engaged and productive workforce
- Constant connect and pulse checks with employees
- Support in PMS process execution
- Support in building the employer brand through researching and drive the Employment Value Proposition within and outside the organization.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in HRBP role managing Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement. MBA or PGDM in Human Resources Management.
- Ability to interact confidently with a diverse cross section of people
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive key metrics
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Interviewing Skills
- Strong people skills to assess behavioral & values alignment
- Good knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and subsystems
