We are hiring for HRBP Role with one of the Leading Big 4 for Gurgaon location.
Position: Deputy Manager/ Manager - HR Business Partner
Job Description:
- Candidate would be responsible for handling Employee Life Cycle post induction till Exit.
- Lead, plan & drive "Performance Management ", "Talent Management"," Talent Engagement", "Attrition Management", "Stakeholder Management ","Policy Implementation ","HR Strategy" deliverables
- Managing end to end HR deliverables for HR operations and Employee relations across entire employee life cycle.
- Proactively Analyze issues/trends(such as attrition, disengagement, etc), recommend strategies and take up end to end ownership to implement the desired change/outcome
- Proactively strategize and implement retention tools/mechanisms in line with business need
Desired Profile:
- MBA HR with 6- 12 yrs. of exp. into HRBP profile
- Ability to understand the delivery needs, establish credibility and build effective relationships with them.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
