Position - Dy. Manager / Manager Operations.

Qualification - LLB / MBA.

Job Role:

- Monitoring of Trust operations.

- Studying the Trust documents and preparing monitoring plans for facilitating Trust administration.

- Operation of escrow and trust retention accounts.

- To facilitate for procurement of PAN, TAN and Bank Accounts for all new transactions within the timelines

- To execute all banking transactions for the AIF post required approvals and instructions are provided

- To ensure all investments/deployments of funds in AIFs are executed post approvals and within the timelines

- To ensure timely execution all payments for the AIF post required approvals

- To update & review the Bank statements for all AIFs regularly and report any discrepancy within timelines

- To regularly update & review the AIF client master file

- To maintain and update the investments list for all AIF and report as required

- To liaise with the Investment Managers for any Addendum/s execution and required approvals

- To liaise/follow-up with investment managers of AIF and ensure the quarterly Investment Managers compliance report for every AIF is submitted with SEBI within timelines

- To liaise/follow-up with investment managers of AIF for timely submission of monthly investor reports to all investors

- To ensure the investment managers submit the Trustee Compliance reports within the timelines

- To constantly liaise and follow-up with the investment managers for all reports/data/information required for audits

- To provide all data/information/reports as required by internal auditors within the timelines

- To liaise with internal teams for all AIF operations as required.
