Job Description:

Position Title: Deputy Manager / Manager Finance & Accounts

Location: Currey Road / Lower Parel

Job Description:

An urgent opening at Currey road/Lower Parel

- Handling entire gamut of finance and accounts function

- Coordination with internal auditors to get the internal audit done.

- Resolving to queries of internal audit

- Preparation of financial statement in Accordance with Companies Act and accounting standard

- Coordination with external (statutory) auditors to get the statutory audit done.

- Resolving to queries of statutory audit

- MIS with regard to profitability, debtors ageing, inventory etc. to management

- Preparation of monthly profit/loss statement and balance sheet

- Reconciliation with debtors and vendors

- Handling and strengthening Centralized payments

- Variance analysis between budgeted cost and actual cost

Financial budgeting:

- Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports to analyze the financial performance of the Company

- Coordination with various project sites and factories within the organization

Cash flow management:

- Managing efficiently and analyzing the financial risks, suggesting methods for cost reduction and other ways of minimizing cost

- Identifying gaps in operational processes and suggesting correction action

- Data analytics and controlling data integrity

- Helping in automation of processes
