Deputy Manager / Manager - Employee Engagement, Employee Communication, Performance Management,
What shall the role entail :
- Create framework, processes and policies for all HR processes
- Be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing and evaluating the Performance Management System
- Create engagement calendar and help run the various engagement activities PAN India
- Create framework and process around building employee connect, leadership connect and increase overall team engagement
- Organize town-halls, events, off sites etc.
- Create communication channels for people to ask and share, and at the same time ensure all communication flows within the company seamlessly.
What we are looking for :
- Someone who is high on creativity, enthusiasm and people connect (mandatory)
- Should have a good hold on communication - written as well as verbal (mandatory)
- Ability to start a conversation in a group of strangers (Mandatory)
- Ability to find solutions quickly and capability to drive things to closure (good to have)
- Preferably an MBA with 0-3 years of experience.
