Job Responsibilities:

- Rendering services par excellence to clients

- Targeting and obtaining work from potential clients

- Responsibility for service delivery to client

- Meeting deadlines and commitments given to clients

- Developing and maintaining rapport with clients

- Being updated on tax technical issues

- Achieving target billing and meeting related financial metrics

- Ensuring that projects are completed efficiently within the budgeted time and cost

- Ensuring WIP management and collection of bills in a timely manner

- Briefing Partner on important developments

- Balanced allocation of work to team members

- Guiding and developing team members

- Development of the Tax Practice and promotion of the our client Tax brand name - articles in publications, speaker at seminars, etc.

Skills/Expertise:

- Minimum 4-9 years of exp

- Strong analytical ability.

- Experience in direct tax compliance
