Job Description :

Looking for people from credit background having an experience in policy making for agri products.

Assisting in Policy Formulations : This include framing of new policies as well as rolling out amendments to the existing products keeping in view the market realities, business needs as well as feedback received from various quarters

Preparation of Portfolio Risk Reviews reports : This includes Pan India/Regional/Location specific Portfolio Reviews reports preparation

Case Study Analysis : Doing detailed Case studies on the delinquent cases & giving the relevant feedback to the ground level sales as well as credit teams

Credit Reviews : This includes doing good bad analysis picking up good & bad files & analyzing what went wrong and what was done correctly in those cases and ensuring the feedback goes back to the ground level sales & credit teams

Branch Visits/Location visits : Based on the Portfolio reviews, case study analysis etc. visiting branches. Location visits for market /product development feedback
