Purpose of the Job
Responsible to Drive Digital Business from Non-Individual Investors on owned Digital Channel (Corporate Invest Easy)
Key responsibilities
Ownership to grow monthly active Non-Individual investors: Take actions to drive and meet MoM target of unique transacting non-individual investors
Adoption, Activation, and stickiness of Non-Individual Investors: Attract first-time Non-Individual Investors from the large pool of Institution/ SMEs. Plan and act to activate various sub-segments from existing Non-Individual investor category on our digital channel.
Plan and execute campaigns Centrally & Locally: Motivate & Drive Internal Teams Institution Segment team and Branch Operations team to create adoption drives locally. Identify opportunity segments centrally using BI and create quick interventions via marketing plan.
Prepare Dashboard & Reporting - Prepare dashboard using Analytics and SAS data points in coordination with IT team for management reporting and internal reviews. Create regular MIS for Segment/ Br.Ops team on the usage of the facility.
Product Enhancement Feedback - Provide Investor and Market feedback to Digital Product team for continuous enhancement
