Position: Deputy Manager / Manager Corporate Finance

Experience : 2 to 4 yrs

Qual: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Location: Chennai

CTC: 12 to 16 lacs

Looking for candidates with 2+yrs of exp from Big4 and 2+ yrs of experience in other Industries.

Job Description:

Ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant who has:

a. undergone articleship in Big4 or

b. has 2-4 year experience with Big4 in statutory audits or

has 2-4 year experience in Large manufacturing company in a similar role >2000 crores

Candidate should have experience in:

a. Financial statements

b. Consolidation

c. Statutory audits

d. Companies Act, 2013

e. Working knowledge of SAP and MS-office applications

Experience of IFRS/ Ind AS would be desirable and would be an added advantage.

1. Assist in the consolidation of MIS of the Company's Business Units

2. Assist in the preparation of competition analysis

3. Assist in the preparation of Investor presentation

4. Co-ordinate with various BUs of the Company to get required adhoc information, consolidate and present for the Company

5. Preparation of monthly MIS statements

6. Liaise with auditors wherever required
