Experience - Minimum Experience of 3-4 yrs in Compensation & Benefits is a must.
Industry - FMCD, FMCG, Banking, Tyre, Paint preferred
Role & Responsibility:
Compensation & Benefits Professional + HRBP role. This is a dual responsibility role.
- Performing Performance Appraisal, Managing and suggesting development in present system.
- Managing entire Annual Compensation exercise of Annual Increment process and suggesting improvements.
- Manage entire incentive pay-out process.
- Analysis of data put into Compensation increment and Incentive payouts.
- Develop a compensation and Benefit strategy for the organization.
- Develop strategy for Annual Increase, Incentive Payouts.
- Develop a retention strategy for High Performance.
- Set the organization's pay structure and benefits offerings.
- Performing Salary Survey for Analyzing Organizational Pay Structure.
- HRBP role, managing end to end life cycle of 2-3 BU).
- HRIS knowledge (Oracle, SAP will be an added advantage.
- Prepare a program budget and keep operations within budget.
