Purpose of the Job
Responsible for Planning and Driving Business Drives, Engagement and Activation of IFA partners via owned digital platform (Business Easy Website and Mobile APP) and in coordination with Segment
Key responsibilities
Increase Purchase/ SIPs Transactions from wider IFA partners: Drive transactions from existing proposition like DIT and Campaigns
Adoption, Activation and stickiness of IFA on Business Easy: Plan and Take actions to activate partners and regular usage of Business Easy. Adoption of diverse services and feature of Business Easy
Plan and execute campaigns Centrally & Locally: Coordinate internally with cross functional (Operations, Marketing, Product, IT, MIS teams) and Segment team (IFA, Sales Support, Virtual Business & RBT) identify key propositions that needs driven and measure output. Ensure timely and effective Campaigns with Marketing team.
Prepare Dashboard & MIS Reporting - Prepare dashboard using Anaytics and SaS data points in coordination with IT team for management reporting and internal reviews. Create regular MIS for Branch distribution team on usage of facility from associated partners. Support local team on information, updates and local drives.
Product Enhancement Feedback - Provide market feedback to product team for continuous enhancement
