Client :Largest Telecom Operator in India  Education Required:  1) For Deputy Manager - ( M.B.A 2014-2015 batches if tier1 and tier2, C.A. - 2014-2015 batch )  2) For Manager - ( M.B.A 2012-2013 batches if tier1 and tier2, C.A. - 2012-2013 batch )  Role purpose:   The objective of this role is to support planning team in planning cycle by way of Segmental analysis and reporting, Payroll planning SPOC from finance and design/architect offline templates as per various mgt. requirements, normalisations and adjustments.  Data and file management for inputs to various stakeholders across organization - decision support sales and marketing, customer service, HR, Distribution, National analyst and regional analyst  Key accountabilities:   - Support HR for payroll planning, target setting and annual rewards   - Support in payroll planning at L4 level, coordinate with various stakeholders in organisation to identify opportunity and risk  - Planning and MIS of new business launch like Broadband and fixed line  - Project Jasmine information catering to Corporate development team  - Consolidation of normalisations/impacts/offline templates outside the model submission for analysis and group requirements  - Rolling forecast detailing at segment level for analysis and group reporting  - Data file management of various forecast and budget submission including the offline templates and hygiene checks before the Group submission  - Supporting planning process by catering to ad-hoc management requirements  Knowledge and experience:  - Professional finance / accounting qualification  - Financial and Planning experience  - Good communication skills and people management skills  - Knowledge of HFM  - Ability to understand telecom business and planning intricacies of telecom
