Job Description :

- Acquiring high-quality influencers and enabling the generation of the set targeted revenue

- Develop a deep understanding of the influencers/customers in the region/state and deliver high-quality traffic to the Omni channel platform

- Creating detailed profiles leading to sub-segments within the pool, enabling a customized engagement approach for each sub-segment

- Provide insights/ inputs into the development of digital/online marketing programs to drive higher brand awareness through increased traffic and customer engagement

- Ensuring that the influencers/client information is maintained and updated in platform systems/ CRM

- Ensuring high influencer/customer retention through customer service and relationship.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCE REQUIRED:

- 3+ Years of influencer-led sales experience, preferably in the home building material/services sector (Flat Steel)

- 3+ years of operational experience in a B2B (Business-to-Business) process of any E-commerce and/or retail organization

- Prior experience within an Omni channel retail environment is a plus

- Experience meeting customer needs and building productive customer relationships, taking responsibility for satisfaction and loyalty
