Role-(Deputy Manager/Manager)-Assistant HRBP(Sales).
- Would be responsible for the Sales organization of (Personal Care business of the FMCG group).
- Headcount to be managed: Company employee 200 and outsourced 1000
Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience in organization of repute and successfully handled HRBP role for at least 2 years.
Role and Responsibilities:
- To design and formulate HR strategy basis the business plan of the Sales division of Personal care business.
- Organization design to support business growth.
- Implement talent management agenda and practices for business unit in line with established practices
- Anchors planning & communication around career growth through individual al development plans based on performance / potential
- Focused on developing people capability through Training, Development Centre etc.
- Implement and manage compensation and reward & recognition programs effectively for the function.
- Providing HR guidance and support to the business units in overcoming people challenges specific to the location.
- Creates manpower plans and execute hiring plan in partnership with Talent Acquisition team.
- Develops /recommends retention strategies for top talent.
- Drives employee engagement based on in-depth study of relevant drivers of engagement.
- Anchors the performance management cycle and facilitate the various phases -goal-setting, on-going feedback to annual appraisals.
- Prepare and share the sales dashboard to stakeholders to monitor progress in retention, Sales incentive earning and productivity improvement.
- Develop employee connect to proactively understand the issues, concerns of employees and take corrective action plan.
- Implement line mangers capability development module to strengthen HR processes like objective setting, interim review, annual appraisal, talent identification etc.
- Work with the RSMs to finalise the engagement initiatives in the regions.
- Manages and deploy systems and process for outsourced field force management.
- Conducts exit interviews and takes corrective actions to strengthen retention.
Academic Qualification:
- Degree in Science / Humanities / Commerce from a reputed institute / university.
- An MBA in HR from a reputed business school in India.
Knowledge:
- Very good understanding of business
- Knowledge of contemporary techniques, trends & developments in the space of Human Resource Management.
