Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art, data-driven predictive models to solve business problems using the latest and most appropriate technologies in machine learning, statistical modeling and Operations Research.
- Deliver value by spearheading the analytic/technology component of new product development and leading key research initiatives.
- Responsibilities include development of analytic solutions; pattern identification and feature extraction, variable selection; experimentation with algorithms, performance analysis and preparation for communication with internal and external clients.
Candidate Requirement:
- 2+ years of post-qualification domain experience is a must.
- MS/MA/MTech/BTech in Quantitative discipline e.g. Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering etc.
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen and an ability to assess complex and diverse information to drive business performance outcomes.
- Proven ability to attract, develop and lead a high performing and engaged team.
- Strong relationship management and team orientation; ability to lead and influence others in a cross-functional environment.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast paced and highly matrixed environment.
- Knowledge of analytical tools e.g SAS, VBA, Tableau, R.
- Strong Statistical modeling including OLS, logistic regression, and time-series forecasting.
- Experience in predictive modeling/data mining, Scoring model base on GLM, segmentation approach is highly preferred.
