Deputy Manager/Manager - AIF Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Management support:

- Reconciliation of deal cashflows (primary/secondary deals and periodic cashflows)

- Coordination with Issuer/ Debenture trustee for deal execution and documentation

- Provide support for periodic performance reporting to Investors

Fund Operations:

- Supervise fund accounting for Category II AIFs, including NAV calculations, reconciliations, and financial reports

- Prepare and file regulatory reports and disclosures, and ensure accurate financial statements

- Manage AIF taxation, including compliance, reporting, and timely tax return filing

- Liaise with custodians, fund accountants, auditors, and manage audit completion

- Oversee operations relating to trade processing, settlements, and reconciliations

Sales support:

- Maintaining MIS for sales management

- Ensure brokerage calculations are correct and the payouts are timely

- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
