Deputy Manager/Manager - Accounts - Auto - CA

Position :DM/ Manager - Accounts - Pune - Pimpri

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant

Experience: 5-7 years, in an SAP environment

Good understanding of SAP & should be able to work well in this ERP

Reporting : 3 employees

Areas to be handled:

1. GST Related - 

Complete management of GST related activity of the Company, initially with the help of a consultant but later independently.

This would include - 

- GST Data sharing with the Consultants

- Preparation of Sales Data for GSTR1 Return

- GST -3 B return working & Summary Return

- Finalisation of GST return & passing book entries in SAP

- Annual Return preparation / filing

2. VAT Related - 

- Assisting the VAT Consultants to complete assessments for the past 3 years

3. Accounts Receivables

- Sales finalisation

- Sales realization analysis

- Debtor analysis & reporting

4. Accounts Payables

- He would lead a small team dealing in "Account Payables"

- This includes overseeing bills booking, payments, advances, balance confirmations etc

5. SAP Related:

- Review of GR IR Clearing,

- Review FX gain loss Analysis

- Review of provisions
