Deputy Manager - Litigation/Legal - LLB/LLM - Manufacturing

I represent Zend Consulting Services, a recognized Executive Search and Selection firm. We specialize in hiring for Middle & Senior Level positions across domains. Our clients are amongst some of the most recognized names in their respective Industries across the Globe.

We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is part of a Fortune 500 Organization. They are into manufacturing of various products. This requirement is for the Head office of one of their units in Mumbai.

They are looking for "Litigation/Legal - Deputy Manager" for their organization to join them as soon as possible. These are Full time / permanent positions based at Mumbai and need to be filled in at the earliest.

To qualify for these positions you should:

- Be LLB / LLM

- Have around Total 4 to 10 years of experience of Law

- Have strong relevant experience in effective Litigation management, contract drafting, legal advice and compliance with laws and regulations.

- Have experience in drafting / reviewing commercial and legal documents as per the requirement of the business.

- Have experience in providing expert legal advice in land acquisition, mining laws and EHS law related matters.

- Have experience in supervising legal case management platform - Roznama-

- Have experience in participating in corporate transactions and participating in legal due diligence and other related activities

- Should posses Excellent communication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills.

- Be from Mumbai or nearby areas.
