- Handle a diverse caseload of corporate litigation matters, including contract disputes, employment disputes, intellectual property disputes, regulatory compliance issues, and commercial litigation.

- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective legal strategies and arguments.

- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in a timely and accurate manner.

- Represent the company in court proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management and department heads, to understand the business objectives and develop litigation strategies aligned with the company's goals.

- Manage relationships with external law firms and serve as the primary point of contact for outside counsel.

- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal clients on potential legal risks and mitigation strategies.
