Position Title: Deputy Manager - Legal

Qualifications: LLB or LLM

Languages: Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi

Experience:

- Minimum 15-20 years of working experience in a similar legal role (preferably in a law firm or as an in-house counsel).

- Minimum 2-3 years of litigation practice or relevant job experience.

- Experience in managing legal field activities and interacting with authorities such as the police.

- Proven ability in handling complex legal issues in a manufacturing and services context.

Key Competencies:

- Strong team management and leadership skills.

- Expertise in contract drafting and legal compliance.

- Experience in managing litigation matters in various domains (Consumer, Civil, Labour, Taxation).

- In-depth knowledge of new-age regulations (e.g., Competition Law, Data Protection, New Energy Laws).

- Excellent drafting and communication skills, with proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

Preferred Industry Experience: Law firms or relevant industries, with exposure to corporate in-house counsel functions.
