- Have led LMS (Learning Mgmt systems), Talent mgmt. projects and digitization projects
- Have worked with global teams and managed local implementation
- Have Executive presence

- Have very strong written and verbal communication
- Structured thought process with exceptional presentation making ability (both ppt and verbal)
- Have worked in lean team structures wherein they have done everything from strategy to execution (LMS issue resolution to System implementation/change mgmt.)
Talent Mgmt :
- Co-own the talent mgmt. agenda with the Learning & TM head for the field and corporate office
- Elevate Org culture through relevant programs
- Work on projects of succession and career planning
- Implement global learning mandates in India
Learning Zone and Digital
- Development and performance support of online assessment and hiring tools
- Award Submissions for HR excellence and best practices to the prestigious awards such as World HRD Congress, L&OD Roundtables etc.
- Strengthen Ops capability by establishing new processes, updating collaterals,
- LCMS Launch across one system incl. Area Countries - Content creation and updation on LZ and allied systems such as Test craft, articulate.
- Lead RTS Audit and audit calibration & Analysis
- Enhance the reporting Ability of the system
- Elevate the training experience of store team members
Qualification :
- MBA (HR)+ Engineering( preferred) or computer science background
Experience :
- Must have worked on Learning Mgmt System - LMS (Cloud system) / Change interventions / Talent Mgmt projects
- Consulting background is preferred
- MBA from a good Tier 1/Tier 2 institution
