Position Summary: (Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish)
- To deliver functional inductions for the employees of CCSC office
- To manage the training requirements of the contact centre and Call centre partners
- To assist the Sr. Manager L&D in training need analysis, content design, feedback collation, dash reporting etc to ensure smooth flow of the training function
Key Accountabilities: (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)
- To manage employee induction for the CCSC office
- To manage the smooth execution of functional induction at CCSC office
- To manage employee induction for in house and external call centres
- Manage the training MIS back end
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications: (Framework required by the position)
- Min Graduate; Minimum 7 years of work experience
- Work experience in Life Insurance Sales, Sales Training or Operations for a minimum of 2 years is a must.
- Candidate should have proficient in Written and Spoken English
- Should be able to make power-point presentations and dashboards and MIS on Excel
