Position: Deputy Manager - Learning and Development
Department: Human Resources
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Learning Management System
- Coordinate in the Learning Management system implementation.
- Training module preparation
- Coordinate with vendors for learning modules
- Coordinate with Stake holders for training content
- Monitor the progress of LMS implementation and align the management
- Post implementation, monitor the progress of training completion and compliance %
- Training Need identification / Training Need Analysis/ coordination in Training calendar preparation
- Support in other HR tasks
Employee Survey:
- Support people agenda in Employee opinion survey and its action plans
Dashboards & Reports
- Prepare HR dashboard month on month and other MIS reports
- Prepare reports and share to Management
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE
- Master in Human Resources management OR equivalent degree. Should have 5 -8 years of experience and relevant experience of 3-4 years in Learning & Development.
- Good communication skills
- Interpersonal relationship skills
- Highly motivated and result oriented.
