Job description:
We are seeking a Learning and Development consultant who can design effective training programs and provide sales and soft skills training. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, engaging, and capable of running leadership programs. They must be able to travel regionally and have experience creating content on digital platforms. Proficiency in Excel is also required
Roles and Responsibilities:
Content Management:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop training content.
- Coordinate with external vendors to design learning materials aligned with the organization's perspective.
- Create in-house training and induction content.
- Maintain a repository of trainings and trainers to facilitate cross-learning.
Program Management:
- Manage the annual training calendar, coordinating with industrial sites and other stakeholders to ensure training execution.
- Drive internal and external training initiatives based on Training Need Identification.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for seamless program execution (nominations, training dates, venues, etc.).
- Handle training administration and communication with participants, trainers, and stakeholders.
- Lead various training initiatives, including sales, managerial, product, sales induction, campus hire induction, digital, DEI/POSH, and TNI identified trainings.
- Deliver training sessions.
- Conceptualize, plan, and conduct virtual and in-person events.
Data Management:
- Support the learning budget exercise and execution.
- Manage learning administration and monthly MIS.
- Ensure adherence to the implemented learning model for all trainings conducted.
- Prepare for and attend ISO audits.
- Manage the training platform.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to drive completion of training hours.
- Support and work on key projects identified by the function.
- Manage internal and external communication across various platforms.

- Postgraduate degree in HR.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in learning and development.
- Extensive experience in sales training.
- Capability to deliver training sessions.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in using MS Office and exposure to analytics.
