Job Overview:

Content Management:

- Collaborate: Work with internal and external people to create training content.

- Vendor Coordination: Align external training materials with company needs.

- In-House Creation: Develop internal training and onboarding content.

- Repository Maintenance: Keep a record of all training sessions and trainers.

Program Management

- Schedule Management: Oversee the annual training calendar.

- Initiative Leadership: Lead and drive various training programs.

- Execution Coordination: Ensure smooth logistics and communication for training events.

- Event Planning: Organize both virtual and in-person training events.

Data Management:

- Budget Support: Assist with planning and managing the training budget.

- Admin and Reporting: Handle administration tasks and create monthly reports.

- Standard Adherence: Ensure trainings follow the established model.

- Platform Management: Manage the training platform and track training completion.

- Communication: Manage communications related to training.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Postgraduate degree in HR.

- Experience: 5-7 years in learning and development, especially in sales training.

- Training Delivery: Effective at delivering training sessions.

- Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in managing and influencing stakeholders.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with analytics and digital tools.
