Deputy Manager - Lean/Quality - Chemical Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Quality System & Lean Six Sigma implementation.

- Manage Quality certifications, audits, and customer complaint resolutions.

- Apply problem-solving tools like DMAIC, 5Why, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 9000, ISO 14001, and IATF standards.

- Serve as Management Representative for QMS & Lean systems.

- Coordinate and conduct internal/external audits and management reviews.

- Drive internal quality improvements and customer complaint closure.

- Conduct training on Lean principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).

- Facilitate workshops on Lean tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, SMED).

- Promote Lean culture across all plants.

Required Qualifications:

- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

- Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and human relations skills.
