We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for the company who shall be managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment & Customer NPS. The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Account Management: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills in managing key accounts and grow them into cash cows.
- Own & grow the P&L for business in particular region with end-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations & supply chain management.
- Visit customers regularly and generate demand and ensure users and purchasers at plants.
- Maintain and develop data for sales growth and margin improvement.
- Plan, execute and monitor sales operations and order fulfillment with the objective of attaining accelerated growth and Customer NPS.
- Program managing cross functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs. Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time.
- Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfillment rate for all orders.
- Ensure complete sanity in AR, work on pendency with account wise reconciliation.
- Team handling capability along with maintaining customer relationship.
Key Stakeholders:
Internal:
- To ensure order fulfillment & Customer NPS with Sales, Account Management & Supply- chain teams.
- For managing various stakeholders, namely vendors, customers, and team members (Finance, Technology & HR)
External:
- To ensure order fulfillment with Suppliers.
Qualification & Experience:
- 3+ years (At least 2+ years post MBA in sales and operations) in B2B, industrial, Manufacturing sectors.
- B. Tech - Premier institutes MBA - (Tier-1/2/3)
- Industry: New Gen/B2B ECommerce/Industrial Products/Machinery.
- Start-up experience would be an added advantage.
- Excellent internal & external stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to concept selling with large and multiple engagements.
- Should have handled CXO level interactions.
- Operational Rigor: Driving operational rigour within the team.
