Job Description Overall responsible for all IT service delivery & End user satisfaction for all IT users .

Ensure On-Time delivery of all IT projects under Infrastructure, SAP & Non-SAP area

Review, Monitor & Improve Service delivery of Outsourcing partner

Responsible for hosting, network, end user service & IT security

Manage & Monitor IS assets at locations along with Outsourcing partner

Provide approvals to Local Outsourcing partner team

Monitor and confirm IT security compliance at Jaipur plant with support from outsourced partners

Monitor and control IS expenses at the location.

Provide inputs to central team for enhancement/up gradation/replacement of IS facilities at locations supported with business case

Provide input to Central IS for annual budget by coordinating with business.

Responsible for on-time creation & deletion of IT assets, LNID, SAPID, Domain ID. Etc...

Responsible for driving IT training and IT security awareness at location.

Responsible for vendor management for IT services & projects

Responsible for provisioning of IT consumables at the location

Ensuring that decided IS strategies, standards and implementation plans are executed to the required quality and cost in the country for his area of responsibility.

Implement IS audit recommendations with help of outsourcing partners

Responsible for High availability, Redundancy of Datacenter, network and other backend operations
